Loan periods:
Books - 1 weeks
Students
A maximum of two books or magazines may be borrowed at one time.
School staff
Resources may be borrowed for a one-month period.
Overdue material
All overdue items must be returned before signing-out any new items.
Renewals
Materials may be renewed if the patron account is in good standing.
Overdue fines/Replacement costs
There are no daily fines for overdue library materials. Students are responsible to ensure that library materials are returned in good condition and are not lost. If an item is lost or damaged to the point it can no longer be placed in circulation, the student is responsible for paying the replacement cost. The replacement cost is the listed price on the book or the list price found at a local book store.
Reference services:
Mrs. Smith is available to assist students with research, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during lunch. If students or staff require help after hours please use the "Ask a question" feature.

The purpose of the Cavalier Drive Elementary Library web site is to assist students with their information needs. All links from the library site have been reviewed by the Library Support Specialist. Any other external links from these sites are not reviewed by the library and users access at their own risk.
To use the online "Ask a question" form, students must include their name and school email address. This information will be used by only the Library Support Specialist to provide students with information.
